Having had a hand in over 400 weddings and 200 events, we possess the relevant experience required to provide our clients with the appropriate solution to their exact needs. Our understanding of many event styles, various traditions, different cultures including kosher, gay and mixed cultural weddings is indicative of our intellectual capital. We use, refer and trust proven suppliers of the wedding and event industry worldwide and these vendors are usually the finest and/or provide real value for money services, thus accommodating our clients with an array of flexible options. Our personalised hands on approach and meticulous coordination and planning ensures we organise every detail with precision and innovation.
2: Which locations do you service worldwide?
For our destination weddings, honeymoon packages and events worldwide we service mostly the exotic locations including beautiful islands, major cities, regional winery estates and specific locations of your choice. As an example we have exclusive rights to superb locations in Santorini, Greece. We can offer you unique ceremony and venue locations, deluxe accommodation and personalised catering packages to suit luxurious weddings, events and funky parties. 3: WHAT IS YOUR FEE STRUCTURE?
As we provide varied services for many different events styles we work on different per hour consultative fees & a deposit structure relative to the complexity of your event.
For Corporate/Social Events & Special Occasions:

For weddings however we have some alternative options:
Option A: Specific Needs Based up to Full Coordination.

Option B: Tailored for couples that would like to plan most things themselves. You may need some direction, tips, advice & referrals to get started in an efficient & structured manner.

Option C: Tailored for couples that are near the end of their planning process. You might be a month or two out form the big day suffering stress and anxiety or running out of time to organise everything and thus require a real professional to assist you complete arrangements / scheduling & manage your wedding on the day and be there to ensure all is perfectly executed and suppliers do their job effectively.

4: DO YOU TAKE FULL CONTROL OF PLANNING?
We will control as much as you would like us to. This is your event & we will like to simply collaborate with you and provide the inspiration & specialised advice with the final decision being yours. You can be intensely or only partially involved or if you are unsure you can leave it up to us to decide on your behalf. We are governed by you and will act as your advocate.
5: IS HIRING A CONSULTANT JUST AN ADDED EXPENSE?
Being your advocate we will always negotiate to ensure your receive total value for money. Those of you that may be on a more modest budget especially require a consultant. By assisting you develop a realistic budget, rescuing your time wasted on wrong vendors, prioritising your desires & needs and distributing your funds in the most important areas will save you precious time & money. We will recommend to you the most flexible vendors for your individual budget per service without compromising quality.
6: IF I HAVE HIRED ALL MY VENDORS/SUPPLIERS DO I REALLY NEED A CONSULTANT?
In any event there will be delivery, set up & pack down scheduling for all vendors. Their may be rehearsals, deadlines and other unforseen planning to be done. Quality checks need to be carried out before any event begins and usually someone must be available to tackle all these issues. We ensure all is executed perfectly. We act as your personal assistant, director & trouble shooter for the weeks leading up to and on the day. We can be your insurance policy for last minute details & headaches so you, your colleagues, relatives, friends and guests can relax & enjoy.
7: YOU HANDLE SO MANY DIFFERENT EVENT STYLES – DO YOU SPECIALISE?
We apply very similar event planning & management principles to all events we handle. Sure there are differences, but over the last 12 years Sovereign has encountered various requests from our satisfied corporate & private clients. We have adjusted our techniques to suit and gained a wealth of experience doing so.
8. WHAT ARE THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MARRIAGE?
That you use a certified celebrant or priest in Austraila - Minimum 30 days before your wedding date. Other options are available overseas. For couples that want to remarry, renew vowes or perform a non legally compliant celebration including gay or lesbian ceremonies, alternative options can be provided.
